Bought it used, selling it more used. Price would go down, plus a hood pin is broken. That's probably why the price is so low. It'll take some work.

depending on brand and the condition it is in. i believe the price should go down also, since he bought it for 300 then maybe try to get him down a little bit. but if it's something by VIS or other quality brand then why not get it, hood pin shouldn't be too hard to replace
