Sticky/Non-Retracting Seat Belts

On the seat belt where it connects to the floor between the door and seat there is a white label sewn on the belt that says the date of manufacture. Mine used to say 1999 now the Prelude says 2007 and the Civic says 2008.

i thought you meant tag as in license plate... i was like "wtf it doesn't say the manufacturing date on the license plate"

Just got mine done. It's great being able to have your seat belts actually hold you in your seat. Thank you for this great thread, I wouldn't have known about the free service without you.
