Sticky/Non-Retracting Seat Belts

On the seat belt where it connects to the floor between the door and seat there is a white label sewn on the belt that says the date of manufacture. Mine used to say 1999 now the Prelude says 2007 and the Civic says 2008.

i thought you meant tag as in license plate... i was like "wtf it doesn't say the manufacturing date on the license plate"
