So it sounds like an exhaust system in your wheel? Never heard that one before..

 

Probably a hole in the exhaust pipe up front or the pipe is completely broken. Idle the engine and block the tailpipe with a rag. Pressure should build up quietly. If you hear a change in the noise up front, like a hissing, or there is no pressure at all, you have a faulty exhaust pipe.

turns out, the pip attached to the hole gone bad. the mechanic sealed the pipe for 80 bucks..
