Swap!!!
Wanted to make sure i know what im doing ahead of time before i screw my self, as we all know california has ****ty laws about engine swaps and i have a b16 in my 95 dx coupe. iv been hangin around a performance garage for a couple months. watched about 3-4 civic swaps and just wanted to make sure that i had it all down just incase i got popped..
Removing the engine
1 , raditor+all tubes , throttle body , full harness , then the mounts , and your engine is pretty much out?
then for returning pretty much the same process?

RE: Swap!!!
The engine/transaxle assembly can be removed without removing the radiator but you might want to upgrade it anyway. The trick is that you MUST remove the alternator. It doesn't look like you would, but you do. Also if your car has A/C you can just unbolt the compressor from the engine and leave it with the car (with the refrigerant lines still connected) so you won't have to recharge the freon later. You don't necessarily have to remove the hood either. Honda provided trick hinges a second notch for the prop rod so you can lift the hood to nearly vertical and that should give you space to pull the engine.
