Ok so i dont know if this goes here but anyways please move it if it is.......

I own a '88 CRX Hf and just removed a ton of bondo and sheetmetal just covering up the rust on the car....anyways I am wondering if the lower part of the rear qaurter panels are infact interchangable with a Civic Hatch?..The rust pretty much is most of the wheel well itself and it seems to me they would work if its only that amount of area i need to replace..Since there are a couple in my local Junk yard, need to know ASAP, since I am trying to get all the body work done by the 17th of January and that also means having it in primer by then.....

Another body part or parts I would like to know about the interchangability of is the Rocker panels....if I get them from the Civic hatch as stated above??

And finally if the side guards/mouldings are interchangable from the Civic hatch to the CRX

the rear quarters are pretty cheap for civics and crx's sherman parts makes them i think for about 50 bucks a side brande new. the rockers are different from the hatch to the rex, and the same with the moldings.

 

thanks I guess now i dont need to go and cut n cuss and bondo lol plus i wont sell my Rex now due to the rust since it will misteriously vanish
