obd1 to obd2 swap need help

I need help I'm trying to make obd1 gsrbl8 a1 motor into a 96 civic hatch the car doesn't let take off it sounds like it s getting to much air it sound like when you red line it at 2rpms and it doesn't go higher need some advise

turbo help!

Hey I just bought a 95 civic eg si and I have no idea about ECU's I know if you have a turbo and the ECU is incorrect it can blow up your car... how do I know if my new car is set up correctly? PLEASE HELP!
