Default Turbo vs Supercharger?

I'm sure this question has been asked before, but with all the new technologies out there which one is best for a B series that other than cams, and the usual bolt on's is stock?

lower the compression and turbo it so that you dont have to use horsepower to gain horsepower. And it cost less!

Superchargers take torque to work off the line. hondas have bad torque to begin with so you dont want to make it any worse. Get a turbo becauseif your driving during winter or in traffic, you dont have to use extra gas and such if you have a turbo because it only really works when your higher than like 3500 rpms.

Why would you want to supercharge a civic you have low end torque i can understand superchargeing a V8. Most of the time a turbo is better to go with supercharger is a engine parasite https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_49.../tm.htm#503418
