Default What to do first?

So i need some opinions. I have an automatic98 Civic rocking the d16y7 with some minor mods. I plan to build, turbo, and manual swap the car in the near future so what should i do first. I can begin building my turbo kit which ill be looking for a T25 (open to suggestions on thetho), build up the engine and drive it n/a for a while, or swap in the manual tranny. I've found everything i plan on getting for the turbo and engine build and i can get pretty much all of the stuff for the auto to manual for around $200. So what should i do first?

without a doubt, get a manual in that sumbitch! lol.. but in all seriousness, you can do everything you want to an auto, and it's still going to be sluggish as hell (compared to how a manual would be with the same mods, of course). From what I've heard (I still haven't gotten around to getting mine swapped to a manual.. I'm just trying to get it to look how I want it to right now), in an auto, the best thing you can do to make it faster/more fun to drive is a transmission swap; it'll make a world of difference.

Yea thats the plan. I think im gonna swap in the manual and then piece together a turbo kit kinda like flip w/ a T25. Anyone else have an opinion? Anyone have a ball park price for an auto-manual swap getting done at a shop if i get all the parts for them?

just do the swap yourself... the actual swap itself is basically bolt-on; you take the old transmission off and put the new one on. It's the wiring/installing the clutch pedal that takes some time... if you want, I can get you links to some DIY guides.
