Default whats best for undercoating?

well my 94 will be my winter car so i need to redue the undercoating!
im not sure if i should just use some rubber undercoating.... or get some harder stuff like truck bed coating sprayed alittle thick?

the truck bed stuff would dry harder and shouldnt be simply scraped off as easy..... and ive seen it done on several shows for less interior noise as well but both products should offer some sound deadening as well.....

BUT im not sure which to use... wondering your guys opinions?

the 94s body is actualy in great condition for its age and milage 209K+ miles now.....

definatly doing it myself and spraying it on the underbody! mainly just the rear cause i dont want to do the engine bay so from the firewall back i will be spraying down.... taping around suspension parts, droping exaust and not sure abotu taping over fuel/brake lines.... i think they would be allright tho staying thier..

what stuff would you guys use?
just trying to quite down alittle exterior noise and protect it from the horible road salt!
