LOL ya the flames where pretty pathetic! it was a sticker!
http://i6.ebayimg.com/03/i/000/fe/1c/137a_3.JPG
they had stickers on both sides of the fart can.... im just shocked they didnt burn off....

i keep pulling off alittle pin strip off at a time.LOL eventualy ill have all the pin striping off and be sticker free! it just depends how bored i am at the time.... ya can only pick so much off at a time.LOL

also just got me a exhaust tip chopped down the pipe to hide it further back.... tho its hard to get the tip straight right where the tip clamps to the pipe bends there.... so ill have to buy some exhaust adaptors to make the pipe go further back so the clamps are straight. dont have any free cash right now for anything else. not to bad but could be better!

it will look better when i swap the rear bumper with a 99-00. which i have infact. but the car kinda looks bad enough with primered front end it doesnt need a primered or black rear bumper.LOL

it will look like my 99 does.

ya i like that exhaust tip.LOL double rolled stainless that is not to large. id prefer slightly smaller BUT thats the best i can find localy.
its getting better by the day... but for the next month no change will be made cosmetically to the car. only upgrade now will be replacing the axle with the busted boot.
im gonna take alittle time off from moding the car to pay off some bills that have been adding up from the car work

i might recover the door panels in matching tweed and maybe the arm rest but thats all really.
i am going to replace the timing belt/water pump tho. just waiting for credit card payment to go thru first before i pay for the belt kit.

Running your tags RIGHT now. lmfao.
I cant believe the previous owner put stickers on the fart can.
No one would even notice, AND it didn't look good.
THEN AGAIN - I was painting one day, and painted the damn fart can that CAME ON my car BLUE. Now half the kids around here are painting their cans. Crazy eh?

hell i got no problem with my tags im not scared of theft. i park the car in my garage plus i have alarm and extras on both my civics
PLUS i have full coverage insurance so its no big deal to me! i can always rebuild!

and my old 94civic had a fart can and i spray painted it black.LOL

and hell look at all the other stickers and pin striping the mexicans had on the car.LMFAO even looks like they had stickers on the side skirt which peeled of and took of there paint as well.LMFAO
http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e2...X/1aca043a.jpg
look at the front of the lower skirt you can kinda see a flame design. LMFAO probably left the flame sticker on the skirt and then painted it and over time the sticker got pulled off and took the weak @ss paint with it. LMFAO

Hell, I would be afraid to steal anything from your house. As I look at your picture there, you have a million weapons just sitting around! lmfao. You'd kill a son-B with all those random bars laying around!

Man do I know. I've actually sprayed a newer Ford with my shot gun. =P WE just moved in out here in the country, and my family left state to visit friends. I had work, so I stayed behind. I live on a dead-end street. And one night this Ford comes rolling in. Has a side search light, and starts scoping out my property. Turns off all his lights, and gets out, and starts walkin around my house, trying to open the windows. Little did he know, I was trying to find ammo for the shotty. =P Threw 6 rounds in, walked out and let one go to scare him. He RAN to the truck as I started to pepper his truck.
STILL have burnout marks ALL the way down the driveway, and where he turned and took off down the street. =) =) =)

ok another day one more project done.
tho i only did the one door panel for right now. im kinda worken at my own pace for these little things...
took off the door panel and kinda fixed the busted arm rest section... and recovered the arm rest as well.
tho i didnt quite get the arm rest completly smooth. its close but not perfect to get it any better id have to bondo and sand it smooth. i just fiberglassed the backing to keep it from busting any more.

i really like the looks and with all the pieces done it will reallly look good!
next thing ill do is the other door panel, and then work on the arm rest. so far this tweed stretches very nice around curves so i dont think it will be a problem on the arm rest..... i know my 99civic i used some suede and it didnt want to stretch for anything and left some wrinkles

i also just bought some BI-xenon 8K hids for both my civics so i hope they come quickly!
