Does that wink mirror really help at all? How long did it take you to get used to? I like it.

Yes, I found it on CraigsList! It's made by Saris (designed a built in Madison, WI). They no longer make the roof racks which is making this kind of rack "rare" but they still make the hitch racks. Also, the rack locks to the car and I have locks for the bikes too!!

Yes, It helps eliminate the blind spots. It was a good week until I looked up and expected to see the mirror there. Before then, I looked up and was surprised to see everything.

I think he meant that as long as you are getting a use out of the rack instead of only having it there for looks. Either way, it looks good. lol

I did a little searching and it seems extremely easy to install. I think I could take a break from saving all my money for paint/body work and treat myself to something like this... especially since it'll cost something like $25 shipped.

Does it shake/vibrate/shift/move at all when hitting bumps and such? Did you use the holes for the sun visors to mount it?

It does shake at idle. But that might only be with my car and my whole car shakes at idle because of all the reinforcement and such.
