Thanks guys!

I did yet another DIY because I'm cheap and because I can. My roof rack didn't come with a fairing (wind deflector) and I wasn't about to drop 150 bucks for one. So I made one out of flat steel stock (for the mounting brackets) and clear acrylic (same as Plexiglas) misted with flat black spray paint on the back side.

not to shabby... did you put down some rubber or something under that front lip? so it doesnt slowly wear thru your paint and roof...

Yeah I did, it's a rubber strip that I think is usually used as a seal for single pane glass frames. You might be able to see it in the close up picture.

ud be surprised!!!! over time it would just wear right thru it... might take afew years but it can with a combination or no paint and rust and time. hell honda sheet metal aint that great anyways... better safe than sorry!

I've never been to a meet... not really all that interested in one, especially around here... meets are where thieves go to scope out their prey, at least in the Orlando area.
