So you get no discount for the "bad" paint match? No free pinstripe with your purchase of a bad match?

Honestly, I am not expect much out of this paint job. The guy told me he couldn't guarantee the results because of the rattle canned primer. He was worried it would react to the paint weird. I probably could have gotten up in there grill about it, but this paint job isn't meant to last. Its a 1 stage 300 dollar maaco job matched with a 1 stage 200 dollar maaco job. I plan on getting a 3 stage in about a year or two when my car is complete. Have all the body work done and making my car look like new again. For now its just to make my car look decent for the time being.

The pinstripe I got from autozone for 5 dollars a roll. I have the majority of the role in my garage. I really don't see it as a bad match. Just not a perfect match. Ill see how it looks in the sun and after a car wash before I judge them too hard.

In the sunlight, the whole car just glimmers. The metalic really comes out well. Its very hard to notice in the sun.

Ill try to get some pics this weekend.

Should be picking up some power window regulators. ill try to post up a DIY if I have time!

Mmmm looks good and it isnt that bad (the mismatch). You get the pinstripe done yet? I think that pulls off the look with your black paint. I love your hatch man ugh...i wish i had a EF sedan do make as gorgeous as yours. I want a white one with the red stripe, lowered, w/ a b18, nice wheels, etc etc etc. My dream civic
