Hobo's 2000 LX daily driver
Wow. I didn't get notification of all those OT responses. Uh, could be a wiring harness loose in the door, one of the metal rods that connects the locks to the handles, could be a bundle of cash with a metal clip holding it to the door panel?
Today I scored a full set of Integra seatbelts, all 5 of them black. They're a bit dirty but I'll clean them up NICELY. I picked up the hinges from the Teg seats that Daniel forgot to give me and I also snagged the ebrake boot and handle, both black. There's still a set of LS mesh rims on it...
I may yet snag a few more parts from the Teg. The engine is still 800, the rims are still 300, the map light is still there. It had leather door panel inserts but I dont think I can use them to re-cover mine. They are too different.
By the time I get through with this, I'll be an EK/DC interior expert.

I like where your build is going. I'm interested in how those back seats turn out. Sounds like you need to make a DIY section for them.
As for the paint on the car... Every factory color code has different shades. e.g. the California cars have completely different materials to make their paint, because of the VOC restrictions they have on factories and shops.
Just some helpful tips, when you're painting your lips and door handles you need to completely remove them, I do know it's a temporary fix. But what happens is that an edge develops up against the other surface and with road vibrations (because different materials vibrate at different rates) they rub and the clear will start to peel from those areas. To try and fix the differences in color on your trim pieces, etc. you could also try more coats of basecoat. Typically the less paint laid down the lighter the color.

I figured it was something like that. This paint was basically free to me so it was meant to be a temporary fix. The car is gonna be professionally repainted in Electron Blue Pearl at some point so all I was going for was a general color match.
I know you all like pictures, so here's more. And here's why.
O M G parts are taking over my life. The apartment is a huge mess. I dunno why my roommate hasn't shot me yet. (He's a cop, has lots of guns.) I mean, just look!
The living room has two interiors in it.

(that's after I moved it all out of my tiny room)
Here's one of the part boxes. Jeeeeez....

Here are the 17s and the black Teg seatbelts...

Here are some speakers.

And here are more. Makes your eyes a little blurry thinking about 'em, don't they?

I hope to sell them locally. They have cigarette burns in them but they're clean other than that. I don't smoke, the burns came from the previous owner 1 or 2 back. If they don't sell, they go in the trash. It's a shame to do it but they're otherwise useless.
Oh, and scroll back up to the stripped interior pics. See the orange plugs on the bottom where the seat would have been? WTF are those and what would connect to them? There's one on both sides.
