Once I got the 96-98 style cup holder with the proper brackets, it was nothing. Just had to pull the center console, armrest, etc to get to everything. Wires reached fine, everything bolted right on.

I'm going to paint my valve cover soon. Anyone have suggestions/cautions? I know I need to remove and replace the screws in a certain order and torque down at 7.2 ft/lbs, but is there anything else?

I read the DIY. Good info. It says nothing about gaskets though, or if you need to add liquid gasket like the helms manual says. I wanna make sure it can get me to work tomorrow or next week.
