Kenny-g's 98 CX Project
^ Hahaha naw im not gonna do that lol but okay ill look into it thanks guys! Im wanting to do all white led's throughout the interior (dome light, dash board, cluster) and then once i get yellow fogs ima do led's in those and then yellow led's for the license plate and led's in my tails once i get oem ones oh and led's in the break light too :P with the 4500K HID's for the headlights haha still white and almost stock looking (if that makes sense)
not do what? bend the tabs to fit a larger bulb in there? its easy and doesnt hurt anything!
you dont even bend it that much. trust me im not the only one thats done it to fit a larger light in there! i used a led dome light as well so theres no extra voltage. and with a larger bulb you can get more leds in the light

Hey Kenny just finished reading threw your entire project thread so far, the hatch looks pretty good I like how you switched to darker/black wheels over those chrome looking ones. I agree with you on the ep3 actually, alot of people don't like the looks etc. but I have also always wanted one. They do have a k-motor as well remember that, a dc5 would be nice too.
I used to have the same problem with my parents at your age too, but they were more worried I was spending money on a depreciating investment *(which is true lol) but if you enjoy it and don't spend all your hard earned $$ like addiction mentioned, theres nothing wrong with that. Also its pretty cool your dad helps you out, my dad is not really interested in anything with working on cars except for basics. I enjoy reading about the work your getting done on the car in time, some of the best/most rewarding work to do on a car is the maintainence stuff (such as de-tinting, alternator etc,) as it will make the car run alot better.

I graduate June 12th. Then I have a 4 month summer break, then I'm off to my local tech college. I'm doing their import/Honda based program, it is 8 weeks of class and 8 weeks at a dealership alternating for 2 years, pretty much already have a Honda dealership lined up to sponsor me as an intern. So after my 2 years, I'll have no debt, be a certified Honda tech, and have a job. Future wise idk what I'm doin, I'd love to work for like King or a tuning place... but who knows what the future holds! Good luck with what you do!
even if i ended up just becoming a mechanic id love doing that haha and ive loved high school haha had some god years and have met the girl that i think ima stick it out with haha hopefuly itll last but we'll see
dont wanna get all tied up in a high school romance gone wrong but as of now its been over 19 months so we should be good
We're going to the same colleges too so thatll help haha anyway...And Scott i was going to do something like that in North Dakota before i moved down here to Tejas lol was gonna work for a Chevy Dealership after my 2 years at Bismark State College and they were gonna pay to send me to Wyotech too haha but that all got changed when we had to move :/ I really wanted to be a mechanic up there but now i have the oportunity to actually work with a company designing production parts so ima take this chance
