Maybe the rails that go down into the door which hold the window in place are bent the slightest bit?
Do you know if the car was hit on that side at all in it's past?
I had a 98 coupe about 4 years ago that the window kept falling off the tracks honestly every 2 weeks. I found out later that the car was hit on the driver's side and fixed before I had gotten it.
My 99 that I currently have hasn't been in any collisions, the window fell off once, I fixed it and haven't had a problem yet.

well mister if you get skunk2 shocks let me know how they do. I picked up some new skunk2 springs off craigs a few monthes back, and I don't want to put a ton into struts. My original plan was Tokico blues but they can't handle more than a 2" drop and the springs are 2.5" drop, so I figured I'd just go with the skunk2 struts since they don't cost a ton and take big drops.
