RC2904's 97 DX Coupe
Thanks. As far as the cam goes im still unsure if I need one. I like what ive read about bisimoto however I dont see myself spending $300+ on a cam. Do you think I should upgrade the cam or should I be able to reach my goal pretty easily without it?
A t25 turbo looks to be about what I want. About how much HP would 10-15lbs of boost on a stock z6 produce? Should I worry about new rods/pistons with that low of boost or would stock internals be safe?

I got the head completely disassembled. Ive cleaned it all up. Almost ready to go Z6/Y7 Minime. Have to get the wiring planned out tho. At first I thought I just needed the obd1 conversion harness for the ecu & the vtec but then I realized the dizzy has 2 plugs instead of one and it looks like theres an extra sensor on the back of the IM so I dont know if I have to wire something up to that to prevent a cel... Is there anybody who can tell me EVERYTHING im going to have to do with the wiring so I dont run into surprises? Should I just get a whole z6 wiring harness? I want as little downtime as possible since this is my DD.
For the dizzy, you could either get a conversion harness for the dizzy so you can use your stock one (this....http://www.phearable.net/shoppingcar...per-p-101.html), or possibly wire it up yourself. There may be another way, but I would recommend the first option.
Pic of the plug/sensor on the back of the IM. If it is towards the driver's side, it's the IAT plug. Your stock one is in your intake tube before the TB. If you want it to work, I think the only thing you can do is buy the OBD1 IAT plug and wire it in (2 wires) since your stock one won't fit the sensor (I had to do the same thing for my set-up). You don't necessarily need it, but you should get it wired up when you can.
Nice job on the VC btw.
Edit: Have you decided which ECU you were going to be running?
