Alright well my knock off mugen bar isn't happening. The company refunded my money and said they are out of stock, gay, it was so cheap I was excited for it. It was $43 with free shipping, next cheapest I found is $58+shipping.

I ordered a bunch of suspension stuff. New Energy front sway bar end links and Energy sway bar bushings are on their way. Also ordered Blox end links. Going to the junk yard Wednesday to pull some d brakcets off an Integra. They should bolt up... I hope, otherwise I'll have to order some through Honda. So hopefully in the next week I'll have my gsr sway bar hooked up in the back and stiffen up my suspension.

Pulled off my rear lip today. Decided I don't like it after being on the fence about it since I put it on. While I was taking off the bumper and stuff I made a nice discovery. The bushings in my Blox lca's are goin out, then are bulging out and sarting to crack. I honestly don't give two ****s, they aren't squeaking and it isn't noticeable. And that makes the strut sit a lil lower in the lca, so a free 1/4" of lowering? I also found my one good fog light is now broke too. The passenger side is lens is cracked, and now the driver side insides broke. The piece that covers the bulb to reflect it back into the back of the light to spread the light forward broke off and is now sitting free in my fog light lol. Gotta love ebay ****, but the foglights lasted me a year so I can't really complain too much. The only other thing I did today was relocate a ground wire that I had going to the front cross member thing.

Thinking about ordering pwjdm rad stay and fender washers and bolts in gold. $50 for it all... would look good though. Especially once I repaint the bay and everything. Also I need to put new valve cover bolt grommets in, one is spitting oil out of it a lil. And my axle seal decided to leak again. Lasted 2 weeks and just started again, so at this point I don't care. This car won't be being driven for more than 2 more monthes, and the engine will be out then.

Mine didn't squeak either. More or less loud clunks when going over bigger bumps. The clunking was the metal sleeve hitting the LCA.

They are not that fun to replace and I can already see the bushing starting to wear slightly in the replacements I installed a little while ago. Once these die out, I am done with these Bloxs LCAs. Too much hassle.

Yea I'm not too impressed with the Blox bushings, if only there were poly replacements.

I went to the junk yard, I could not believe it but there was an em1 there. Completely stripped of course, all the way down to the vin tags. Ran to the back thinking wow I could get lucky and the sway bar d brackets could be there, but no. Still suprised as hell an si was there in the first place though. So I just got back from Honda, $28 for the 2 d brackets and they'll be here tomorrow. I pull some Integra d brackets off a car at the junk yard and they are different, ek subframes are completely flat, Integra subframes have a high spot and then it drop in to a low spot. And I'm currently trying to see if a guy will come down on some OG San's a guy has for sale. Brand new with new 195/50/15 Yokohoma S-drives with not a single mile on them... he wants $800 for the set, I said I'd give him $600 cause I'm a low baller like that, and he said $700. So I'll see if I can get him down. I love San's/SSR's, gold mesh and with a fatass lip and +25 offset, that's flush right there.

How did you swap out the bushings, take em to a shop to be pressed out? I can just use the pressed at work at Acura and press em out so it shouldn't be hard to put new ones in if needed.

My new ES bushings came in today. I'll be putting in the front sway bar endlinks in tomorrow. I picked up the d brackets from Honda too, I'll throw those on right away. And if my end links come before work tomorrow the rear sway bar will be on!

Yay endlinks came today, looks like I've got something to do today. I'm pissed.. my 1/4" 88 tooth Matco ratchet (one of my fav) stripped out half its teeth yesterday lol! Was tightening something and it skipped a tooth, ratcheted it back, went to tighten agin, and just ate a few teeth lol. Matco guy comes to work Monday though . I'll be putting this suspension stuff on in like an hour.

-gsr reay sway bar
-ES stabilizer bushings
-oem Honda d brackets
-Blox fixed endlinks
-ES front sway bar endlinks

I put the rear sway bar on yesterday, ran out of time before work to put the folrnt links on. Went on pretty easy just little things I had to do and get bolts and stuff. It honestly doesn't make a huge difference in feel to me, I can kinda tell it is there but I guess 14mm isn't enough. It raised my car up like 1/2", so too much of my sidewall is showing now, needs to be reslammed lol. What pissed me off is someone just put up an si sway bar on craigs yesterday. Endlinks, d brackets, and all for $25. I spent over $25 for the d brackets alone... gay. I'm off to work at Acura for 8 hrs, on 4 hrs of sleep. Here's some pics.

D brackets on

Sway bar all ready to go in

Carbon fiber trunk is being sold on Monday, hope this deal doesn't fall through. I'm either going to buy an ls bottom to start workin on or pick up some h parts. Someone I know might sell their jdm h22 bottom and he has a stock h22 head and a built head, ti retainers and springs and mild port and polish. So we will see how cheap he will sell me the H stuff, otherwise I'll start my lsv.

Your car is coming along nicely And it pisses me off when you buy something and then all of a sudden its on CL for a tenth of the price

And that'd be sweet if you could pick up those OG's

SOLD my carbon fiber trunk today! $300 in my pocket yay. It will hopefully be spent this Thursday! I'm going to go look at an H22. It is a jdm bottom and head, not original pair though. The jdm bottom he says is perfect and walls look good. The head is fully built. Ti retainers, dual valve springs, port and polish, and S2 cams. He's not sure on what stage though. All that for $450, that's a deal haha. Hopefully I can pick this up, it'd be a beasty all motor, with the built head it'll make like 185+ to the wheels I bet. I just have to convert the jdm engine to obd2.
