new couplers.

looks a lot better now without that blue. Next is to paint that corner of the engine bay. Might be a while... not really urgent. I'll just do it when I feel like it.

Looks good. Do you hose down your bay? I know its pretty safe, but I still am a but weary of hosing mine down haha. I just go at it with a bucket of water, rags, and armor all.

hosed it down. just cover the air filter and other stuff if you want. don't spray water at the distributor, battery, alternator, or spark plug tubes on the valve cover and they'll probably be fine. A couple drops of water won't hurt.

Oh and a tip... don't use engine degreaser on a valve cover... it chews through the paint. Found that out the hard way, on my brand new valve cover. Luckily, I only let it sit for about 30 seconds and I was able to hand buff the valve cover until it looked normal again.

o ya that degreaser stuff is no joke! its horible on ebay air intakes as well.LOL it will cloud them instantly!

when i clean mine i just cover up the distributor with a plastic bag and zip tie. i pressure wash everything myself, just keep it away from the distributor!

Getting new tires later today, Falken Ziex 912 tires. Pics after I get them.

Also, ordered a Buddy Club front camber kit. Regardless of what everyone says (including myself until now), camber can kill your tires. Toe will do it faster, but camber still hurts. This is the reason I already need new tires after less than 10,000 miles. What perhaps bugged me the most though was having more camber on one side of the car than the other. Maybe now the guy who does my alignments will stop bitching at me. lol. And before everyone says anything, yes, my toe is and has been set to 0º.

Ive yet to have any camber wear on mine without a kit. But thanks to Goodyear telling me my alignment was fine last year when they mounted my tires, my fronts are nearly shot while the rear look brand new.

Your wheels look like a complete different color in those pics than others haha. Looks good.
