94 civic irenically idling

94 civic irenically idling
i did a swap from a d14 to a d15 both non vtec all vacuum lines have been checked 3 times. also the intake and exsaustmanifold from the 94 were put on the 2000 year motor. when the car started up for the first time it irenically idle till the motor warmed up. drove it around for a year that way. now it just revs up and down. i replaced the map sensore and the (iac) idle air control. nothing seems to work. if you have any clues let me know.[:@][:@][:@][:@]
