hello, i drive a 1998 Honda Civic LX Sedan. Its currently stock, its my everyday car, i want ideas on what mods i can do to it, i need it to look like a tuner, but street legal.. any ideas , comments , or questions, please reply

start with a nice set of rims. 15/16's
then get lip kit.
then lower it some.
since your in ca i'd suggest being very careful with engine mods.

just look around and pick a few rims you like and post them.. that aways we can help you decide on which is best for you. as for lips ebay is good try for a mugen. and for lowring kits how low would you wanna go and how much are you looking to spend?

Lowering springs are fairly inexpensive and cool, but the problem comes where you have to buy aftermarket shocks, as the change in setting damages the OEM set damper. Shocks can range from 500-1200 bucks, and for that, you may want to consider full adjustable coilovers. But you can go the spring&shock combo if you want. The easiest and cheapest thing maybe a CARB legal cold air intake. I too live in Cali, and you got to be aware of what you do to a vehicle if it's going to be your daily driver.
