Default Air intake and exhaust question

alright first off, i have a WeaponR Dragon Short Ram intake. it seems to work pretty good. do you think i should be ok with that or should i maybe go for a CAI? and what kind if i should? and 2nd, i have a magnaflow exhaust with dc headers. when i bought my car, the exhaust was already on, and the cat converter was off, so its pretty loud. should i put the cat back on? i dont want my car TOO loud, but i dont wanna have my car go really quiet by putting the cat on.

its going to be quiter because your cat restricts the air slightly. You'll probably loose some deepness in the sound
