Hello, I am new to car mechanics. Although the bit i learned so far i feel SO EMPOWERED!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

and so i am working remotely with a group doing an open source project and I have been instructed to verify that there are no electronic componets or sensors in line between the air filter and the air intake.

Does anyone know how i can verify this? Are there any diagrams of the air system for my 2003 honda civic sedan ex automatic 4door?

there's only an air temperature sensor just before the throttle body.
