B16A2 TB on D16Y8

I want a bigger throttle body for my d16y8...I've heard that you can swap the throttle bodies from a b16 to a d16...is this true? If not then what are some cars that have bigger TB's that will fit my car? Thanks

I just got an Integra LS throttle body for my Z6. I haven't had a chance to put it on yet but it's supposed to bolt right on. It's 60mm as opposed to 56mm for stock
