CAI with Cat-back Exhaust?
hi everyone
I had a question regarding cold air intakes and cat back exhausts. If I were to get a cold air intake, would I also have to buy a cat back exhaust for everything to run smoothly, or is it okay to just have a CAI?...I have a stock 2002 Civic LX. Any input will be appreciated!! Thanks in advance.

RE: CAI with Cat-back Exhaust?
Just adding a CAI will help your engine breath a bit better, but not to it's full potential. It's best to add a nice high-flow exhaust when you can afford it, that way your engine gets lots of air in, and all that air can be released through your new exhaust at the same time.

not required but nice to have, like N said it will just help you breathe better, that would be like having a beer bong hose w/ a section of fuel line, it won't get full potential, ahah i like that one that i just came up w/
