Confused?

A few people told me that if I ran open header on my 1999 Honda Civic Si that I would lose power but, I tried it anyway and it feels like my car is a little faster if anything........comments?

You did not lose power but you did not gain it either, just shifted the power band to a different location in the rpm range.
