? on cost of intake and exhaust
I went to my local performance shop and told them I was looking to get a cat-back exhaust and a cold air intake. They said generally, it'll range between $600-$750 for both combined and that they'll make sure everything is perfect with installation and when I'm running it. I think he said they were there own custom pieces.
What are your takes on this? Would you go with their parts, or should I just order the exhaust/intake I want and have them install it for me?
And are there any other little upgrades I should do?
There's my car....j/k, it's the next one.

I paid $700 for my GReddy catback bolt-on exhaust (that was three years ago and those prices have gone down.) About $300 for a quality intake (AEM) and you are good to go!
Remember-you get what you pay for. Save up for quality parts-they really are worth it.
