Exhaust held on by vicegrips..

so yeah i just got my 95 civic ex with a b18 swap and a gsr tranny and just found out that my exhaust is being held on by vicegrips... im new to the honda scene so what should i do? help would be much appreciated.

Take a couple of pictures and upload them to photobucket, then use img tags to post them up here so we can see how bad it is.

01 civic shifting into 3rd gear will grind unless clutch is held in for awhile or under 3000 rpms
