Default headers and catalytic converter

I have a 98 honda civic LX, and i was wondering, can i install 4-2-1 headers and a catalytic converter on the same exhaust system, and if so would i install the converter after (behind) the second piece of the headers

header, only one.

Yes, you install the headers directly attached to the block, and then you bolt the catalytic converter right to the header. Then from there you attach the midpipe, which then connects to the axle-back way back near the rear LCA (which leads right into the muffler). If you order a catback exahust, it would bolt right up to the catalytic converter and you would be set from there.
