Default HELP with a 97 Civic DX HB

Hey fellas,
I have a crack in my exhaust manifold and need to replace that along with the O2 sensors and so on... I just inheireted this civic from a friend and it has over 437 kms on it. Any suggestions on replacing the manifold? As of right now I am getting poor millage and loss of power, I don't even want to think about what I am doing to the environment Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated

Well i dont kno much about manifolds and wether or not a aftermarket one would be okay on an engine with that many miles but id deffinitely find a oem one prefferably (like i said, since that motors got so many miles on it) and the messed up o2 sensors makes ur car wast SOOOOO much extra gas its insane! my o2 sensor went bad and i was going through full tanks of gas once a week so id for sure get that replaced asap to save u money at the pump and order a new mani fast! and btw welcome to hcf
