yeah im looking to put a megan header on my civic aswell. looks good, glad you could make it work after all that frustration. as for the valve cover bolt breaking, i did the same think with mine after painting it. it was a rusty bolt and i tightened it too tight.

I have that same Megan Header. Mine came with all the necessary hardware, gaskets. I kinda had the same problem though with lining up the cat. I think it has something to do with my exhaust being a cheap, crappy fitment, no-name catback from eBay. Good thing I have aApex-i WS2 Catback coming this week. I'm sick of the fart can.

yeah the actual problem with lining up the downtube from the header to the cat.... hope im wording these right lol... but the real issue was the stock bolts that went through the 2 little springs, they have stoppers on them, so you couldnt only tighten it so far... it left a 2cm gap, i was unde the car and could actually pull the cat closer to the end of the header, so we went to a shop and got some bolts that fit without any stoppers on the bolt itself which enabled us to tighten it to a perfect seal.

on a side note, lip, wheels, suspension to come in the spring!!! cant wait!... and yeah that white teg does look pretty nice, do you think its completely stock in that pic or lowered some?

i'd say from the view of the front wheels it looks lowered.
