the intake manny is a nice one, i myself am getting it, as far as how much diff are you gonna feel, not too much but noticable throttle response, and yes good choice, as far as exhaust i personally like magnaflow, not to loud but loud when you want it to be, greddy is a nice exhaust too, you can get the magnaflow to the door for 400 and i think there is a company on ebay selling em w/ a free high flow magnaflow cat, just search on ebay and you'll find it

yeah i'd say magnaflow is a good choice, i've got one and it sounds decent with intake and headers, if you can do the free high flow cat then do that, you'll def feel the diff.

First of all, for half of the price of that Skunk2 IM you could do a Mini-Me. 20-25 Hp for a little money and a lot of work. Do a search for it or just look in the Tech Archive. There is a whole write up on it.

But to answer you question, yes the Skunk2 is a great IM and it would be even better on the VTEC head.

You could fit it into a $100 budget probably...may be a bit more.

My bad... it was in DIY.

Mini-Me

I see vtec heads on e-bay all the time for ~$100 (Y8). You could probably find a Z6 head for $60-70. I think there is a shopping list in that write up.
