Default Intake Filter Cleaning

Hey guys, I bought a cold air intake about 3 weeks ago, just wondering how often I need to clean that bad boy, and how. Thanks!

What kind of intake is it? That will determine proper cleaning procedures. But, it's not something you have to do all the time. I've heard AEM's standard units (the older ones) are good for like 50k before they need cleanign

heres what you do.

Go to www.ajusa.com and buy a new filter. the excess oil in the filter (after u clean it) can gum up your air sensor. go dry flow
