ORIGINAL: Fiasco

Sounds like a leak for sure. Is there significantloss of torque?

our cars lack a sufficient amount of torque to determine if that's true or not

You havetwo o2 sensors. One should be in the header and the other should be after (or in) the cat. If you had it professionally installed then call them and ask them what they think. They probably broke something installing it.

Uhhh.. so wow.

Took it to a shop, had the engine light checked. Turned out it had nothing to do with the new header whatsoever.

Kind of wierd, but apparently the next day after I installed my header my crankshaft sensor just happened to corrode. I don't like this "coincidence", but apparently is the reason for all my problems.

The mechanic claims they have no relationship and they would not affect one another like that.

Crankshaft sensor. Damn it. $250 for parts and labor.
