Default New intake problem

I just got done installing my new AEM intaje and now I have a problem. In neutral it rev limits at 5500 rpms. When driving it doesn't do it. I reset the ECU, I called AEM, and nobody has a clue, is there a reason for this or issomething wrong.

Nobody has a clue, I would really rather not drive it if I'm not sure whats going on.

Youve only given it an hour.

Did you somehow mess with your TPS?

Okay, so instead of answering the question, you took the time to give that stupid *** post thanks My04Civic. Remmy, I have no idea where the TPS would even be on this car, I only removed what they told me to remove and only put on what they told meto put on. If you could elaborate on the throttle position sensor issue a little more that would be great.

07si, chill out. give people a chance to respond. you must have messed with the throttle body somehow, because installing an intake has absolutely nothing with the rev's. so if youdont know anything about the throttle body, get someone who does to take a look at it.

07si, your throttle body is stuck in an open position. remove the intake and check to make sure nothing got stuck in the throttle butterfly. this happened to me as well, so i know exactly what this is... lol
