We are aware that a CAI probably wont add more than 2hp right? If your worried about puddles, or your too cheap to install an inner fender skirt, get a short air intake with a k&n filter. If your not get a CAI. Doesnt really matter either way.

Cheap, they both cost the same [:@]. Anyway is it even worth it, to even change to the cai or shorter system, or should i spend my money(save) on some headers.

If you're really worried about the water get a short ram, or get a CAI with a by-pass valve, but again Im not sure how big your water puddles are down in Florida.

actually, independent test show quite a bit more than that, even up to 8-10. probably around 4-6 though.

Ive always been told that a SAI will add around 1-2 hp, and a CAI around 4. Glad you corrected me though. Not a lot of dynos in MS =(
