Default Ready to install, rain question

I'm putting an AEM CAI on an '06 Civic EX Coupe 1.8. I'm asking about hydro-lock in this case because answers are all over the map about it, and I can't find much about new 8-valvers. The car will occasionally be driven in some pretty serious rain, and the filter location seems low. Do I need to worry about big rain, or just big puddles?
Thanks

unless you are in 3 feet of water... you have nothing to be worried about

Let's go with nothing will ever happen, and let's never tell my wife it's even possible!

I'm in the middle of the install right now. What a pain! The new long windshield/short hood design stuffs half the motor under the dash. I'll bet installing a fuel rail would REALLY suck.

ive seen pics of an 06 intake install and it looks hard as hell...or at least tedious.

you might wanna let your wife know there is a risk...but make it sound like its no bigger than any other car...because everybody whos anybody knows that driving through deep puddles is bad anyway.
