I've recently put my exhaust back on my car. 2 1/4" pipe from cat back to a Ractive carbon fiber muffler. It sounds really good and flows better with the tuning tip out but is a little loud. There isn't a resonator on it. The guy who did my exhaust has a straight through resonator for it and I wanted to know where the best place to install was. Closer to the back where the factory res. was or closer to the cat? Thanks.

 

id just put it back where the stock one was........it will quiet it down no matter where u put it.
