CAI is fine.
N/A means naturally aspirated, as in the engine draws it's own air in under vacuum. It's the opposite of F/I (forced induction) IE: turbo or supercharger where the air is forced into the engine compressed.

you could get the 15-20 hp if you tuned your car somehow to cope with those mods, but untuned probably 12hp at the most
