on your O2 sensors u really dont need a special socket you just need enough room and a good wrench that wont bend a name brand wrench and it will come out. But other than that you shouldnt have a problem beside getting to header nuts. I know for the k serries the exhaust is on the back side towrd the cabin what is it for all other model of th 01-05 civics. Are they towar the front of the car or arre they toward the cabin just like the K serries.

I would take the o2 sensors off after you take everything off, and then install them into the new header and exhaust and cat while they are not installed in the car. It makes it a lot easier. That's what I did. Otherwise, getting the o2 sensor out without the special o2 socket can be difficult, as you will not have as much room.
