yea....thanks guys.....i didn't end up and use a mounting kit....doesn't look too bad....here are the pics of my car and stereo

here's mine, i have a little bit different looking cover plate (pic is a little dark) and you might want to tuck that iplug behind the console with just the plug coming out of the seam between the cigarette lighter and the cup holder, it makes for a much cleaner look, imo.
