Red face aftermarket fogs/driving light install??

OK I have an 03 civic EX coupe.

I bought these on Ebay:

I figured part of the grill snapped out for them to insert into... I was wrong. No install instructions of course.

Anyone know what I need to do to get them installed? I am thinking I need to take a dremel tool and cut out the grill to get them to fit, but didn't want to start cutting without knowing for sure.

you will need to use a dremel to cut part of the grill to install the fog lights.

any DIY for the cutting? Hate to just start hacking out plastic without seeing pictures of some kind.

THANKS for the wiring..... one question... what do you do if you have a sunroof.... so there is no place for the switch. I am thinking about wiring them up as running lights that are on when the car is on....so then they aren't run to a switch, but hard wired to a "hot when on" fuse.

Thoughts?

my service manual had instructions on the cutting
And for wiring I had several dummy slots so I used one of them but mine was a fifth gen. You could wire it into your driving lights or just locate your switch somewhere else.
