anyone had any experience with?
the clear paint protection bras?... this goes back to my post about 2 weeks ago, my 07 red ex paint is horrible ive got 6 chips on it and it was a month old yesterday... anyone had any experience with these things and if so how difficult are they to apply? becuase i know you can get em off ebay for 60 bones and put em on yourself but honda wants like 600 bones to do it. They also say you can hardly see these things unless you super close to they car... true?
Thanks

Its true, they are pretty much non visible, you can only see the lines a little were it stops. Alot of new cars hae this now and you can go to auto accessory places and get it done for about $200. I dont no why honda would charge so much. For putting it on yourself..I dont no if e-bay is going to be the same quality.
i thought i answered this question a few weeks ago/ maybe it was a different thread, but you can buy 3M clear vinyl tape that's precut to your specific car's dimensions.
they cost a few hundred dollars but are worth it, since they prevent chips and are nearly invisible.
btw, as for fixing those chips, dealerships usually pay a automotive touch-up paint specialists $50 or so to come in and fix minor scratches and chips on cars on their lots so they look less noticeable to buyers.
i suggest you trying to find one in your area and seeing how much he would charge to paint your chips.
i spoke to one recently but he said the chips on my side mirrors were too big and would need repainting.
