i took a trade from a somewhat close friend that sells and does repairs on hondas... i got a 92 honda civic dx
with the trade he gave me a jdm d16a (sohc vtec) engine. He told me i need to get an ecu so that the vtec works. As for now im not too concerned about that because im not trying to make my car faster but just so i know...what type of ecu do i need? im not too familiar with ecus and i see some on ebay that are p06 p08 p28...i was wondering if someone could tell me what type i need? or could shed some light on this (my car is automatic, obd1)

Also i need to get an o2 sensor...theres only one type of o2 sensor in my car right?

also one quick note the guy told me i had to get an 02 sensor for the engine that was previously in there which is a d15b7
