Default Body damage - input needed

Hi all, I backed into something and cracked my rear bumper the other day. It did some damage to the quarter panel and small body part under the light as well. It's a 10 year old car with 140k miles, so I don't want to put 1500 into repairs. I'm considering just buying a salvaged bumper with the same factory paint from a salvage yard. Anyone have any experience doing this? How difficult is it to swap a bumper? Has anyone used any of the online salvage yard part locators? Thanks for the help.

replacing a bumper is about as easy as it gets lol. i dont think anything can go wrong.. lol.

you dont have any local "pick and pull" junkyards around where you live?
that would probably be the cheapest.
but around here every civic is stripped as its being put out on the lot...
good luck
