From my personal experience, I'd recommend you staying with OEM style, just trust me on it, you'll thank me in a couple of years. The OEM style version from Seibon is one of the best. Or you could be different and get a yellow/black weave pattern and it looks sick on a black car.

 

make sure you get hood pins or whatever it is you need (idk, special hood latch, idk... lol). It would suck to see that carbon fiber hood fly off your car on the interstate.

 

I like the oem hood and the mesh grill. Probably the only CF parts I'd buy for the body.

I heard that seibon is better. The vis clear coat lasts but 6 months to a year. I've heard no complaints about seibon, which mounts just like factory hood.

 

I am running carbon creations and it has held up well, I am using a factory style latch and have not had problems yet.

 

I've had my VIS hood for more than 6 months and it still looks like when I got it, just have to take care of it. Check the bay, you can get them pretty cheap there. Mine's on black to, looks great.
