Carbon fiber hood latch?

Default Carbon fiber hood latch?
The previous owner of my car put a carbon fiber hood on it, but there's no hood latch, only four holes to mount one to it. Anyone here know where I can buy one?

Well, for one, those are the pieces that mount to the car, not the hood. Second, the hood latches on EG's (if not more) were a part of the hood itself, which puts me where I am now. I appreciate the help though .
