Well over the weekend I have gutted my civic. I took out the rear seats, seat belts, all plastic to the rear of the front seats, rear wiper motor and blade, third brake light and metal brackets. I will get pics up later to show you what it looks like now.

 

why are you gutting it? going to the track?

 

yep getting ready for a nice drop in weight when I get back from my deployment with doors, fender, rear hatch, spoiler, hood, and a sunroof delete as well.

 

what kind of racing?

 

wow i really want to see how its going to be..i dont think i could do that unless it was just a track car

 

i gutted my 98 civic in about an hour and a half when i was taking everything out to paint the inside pieces in my car. its not hard at all.

 

drag of course may be autox in the future if i can find a place in texas to do it.
